Can the pharmacy mail medications to international locations ?
Yes We ship Internationally to North & South America, East & West Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia (we do not ship to Africa, Norway, Sweden & Canada). What is your refund policy ?
Returns and replacements. If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, the customer is eligible for a refund or a reshipment. If your order was split up, and one or more of the shipments is missing 30 days or more from the date of order, we will reship the missing part(s).

Will the packaging be discreet?
www.superdrugsaver.com's orders are sent in the most discreet manner possible. Only the shipping address and return address are displayed on the visible part of our orders. The medications are packaged in unmarked paper envelopes. Please be advised that shipping to a destination which requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip (including the Generic Brand Names not the USA Brand Names.) identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.

What is your return policy ?
The International College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)

What happens if I cancel my order ?
If the consultation from Superdrugsaver has been done there will be a $20 US cancellation fee.

Is Superdrugsaver a pharmacy ?
No. Superdrugsaver is a pharmacy intermediary. Your prescription is filled at one of our associated certified pharmacies by a registered pharmacist with a license and mailed to your home.

My order has entered Customs -- does this mean that it has been seized, or that I will not receive it ?
Please note that ALL orders are processed by Customs -- it does not mean that you will not receive your meds. Usually the parcels are cleared in 2-4 days, but sometimes it takes upto 10-12 days to be released from Customs

Will I have to pay any Customs Duties ?
You may need to pay Customs Duties, as per the Regulations in your country. Shopeastwest is NOT LIABLE to refund any amount paid by you towards Customs Duties, or any other duties of any sort.

Why are you not Shipping to Canada?

What is Echeck ?
E-check is a method of paying for your order via your regular Checking Account. It is the same as an ACH Debit. By selecting Echeck, you are authorizing your Bank to debit your Checking Account for the amount of your Order. You will need to enter your Bank name, Account Number , Routing Number, and Check Number.

Is this a secure method of payment ?
It is very safe to order by Echeck. Your Account will NOT be debited until you confirm that you have placed an order. To ensure that your order is genuine, you will receive a telephone call from our merchant provider (Alt Charge.com). Your Account will be debited ONLY after you have authorized the debit of the amount specified.

What is the Echeck processing time?
Echeck is generally processed in 2-3 days time. Our Merchant Provider, AltCharge.com will call you, the client, to get your authorization for the order. Or you can call TOLL FREE: 1-800-851-2004 or Local: (702) 291-8907 and speak to the AltCharge.com Customer Service representative and give them your order number, to get the order processed more quickly.

Does the Echeck processing affect the shipping of the package, and when will the parcel be shipped ?
We do not delay shipping of your order. As soon as your order is authorized by Alt-Charge, the order is shipped within 24 hours.
